You have two licenses available. These are managed via the HOFA Plugins Manager, where they can also be deactivated and transferred to other computers.
It is also possible to activate and use HOFA plugins offline. Licenses on USB sticks can be used alongside USB licenses from other plugin manufacturers without any issues.

Der IQ-Series Comp ist kein „noch ein Kompressor“ – sondern ein richtig clever durchdachtes Tool, das klassische Kompression mit modernen Möglichkeiten verbindet. Für mich war das absolute Aha-Erlebnis die Verknüpfung von Gain Reduction mit dem EQ. Ich kann Frequenzbereiche gezielt nur bei Kompression anpassen – das ist nicht nur praktisch, sondern klanglich extrem effektiv.
Drums kriegen damit Punch und Präsenz, Vocals lassen sich butterweich, aber durchsetzungsfähig komprimieren. Und wenn ich mehr Farbe will: einfach einen der Colour-Presets reingeladen, Feinjustierung – fertig.
Für mich aktuell einer der besten Kompressoren, gerade im Buss- und Mastering-Kontext.

Ein super Workhorse Kompressor. Die Arbeit mit diesem Plug in hat Kompression als Konzept für mich klarer verständlich gemacht, da das grafische Feedback für mich besser als bei all meinen anderen Kompressoren, die häufig nur aus ein paar Knöpfen und einem Gain Reduction meter bestehen, zeigt, was letztlich mit meinen Sounds passiert. Auch die Sidechain Integration ist viel klarer Verständlich! Super Kompressor, klare Empfehlung!

Der erste Kompressor, bei dem die Presets gut klingen und anwendbar sind, vor allem die “…set and forget” Presets. Darüber hinaus ist der Kompressor ein Allrounder, der so gut wie jede Situation abdecken kann, ohne zu starke Verzerrungen oder Färbungen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die doch sehr technische Benutzeroberfläche, für die man teilweise tieferes Fachwissen braucht. Das geht intuitiver. Die Anzeige, die die Kompression anzeigt, ist in anderen Kompressoren besser gelöst.

Der Comp V2 hat es in sich, arbeitet tadellos und bring echt tolle Presets mit.
es Lohnt sich den V2 mal arbeiten zu lassen leider spricht mich die Oberfläche nicht an so das es mir schwer fällt damit oft zu arbeiten.
