Infinite Combinations
It has never been easier or faster to change the signal flow of your plugin chain. You can use multiband, mid/side, parallel and dual mono tools anywhere – just drag and drop the plugins around. You want to use an equalizer only on the side signal? Or saturate the signal above 200 Hz? No problem, SYSTEM can do that in no time.

You are looking for a certain sound or a new inspiration? No worries! More than 300 carefully selected presets not only provide you with a starting point for your own creations – they also sound great! You can add presets to your existing effect chain via drag’n’drop and thus easily create your own individual high end channelstrip.
Applications
We designed SYSTEM as the ultimate channelstrip. One instance of HOFA SYSTEM per channel is enough to create complete mixes. High quality EQing, excellent compression and impressive spatial design and classic modulation are included. You can use all plugins serially, parallel and in multiband and mid/side configurations, which opens up completely new processing possibilities.
The flexible routing options, feedback loops and complex modulation capabilities make HOFA SYSTEM the perfect tool for sound design.
Unlimited Modulation
Here’s where it gets interesting: Every parameter in SYSTEM can be modulated. Filter type, frequency, depth, sync and phase can be selected for each modulator so you can revolutionary effects.
Single Plugins
In addition to the super-flexible HOFA SYSTEM environment, you can also use most plugins as inserts in your DAW – presets, oversampling and scalable GUIs included.
Plugin Folders
Combine as many plugins as you like into folders in SYSTEM. Important controls can be added to the main overview for easy access.
But that’s not all: different parameters can be combined into one control. This way, you can adjust complex signal chains with just a few controls.
- Our plugins are developed in the HOFA-Studios, one of the largest recording, mix and mastering studios in Germany.
- Screen space is valuable, so our plugins have a rather compact design, yet all parameters are visible.
- Nothing is more important to us than sound – but we also want to make sure the CPU load is as small as possible.
