Here you’ll find the plugins of the HOFA 4U collection directly out of the HOFA-studios.
And as it is common for freeware, all HOFA 4U plugins are free and up for grabs for everyone.

HOFA SYSTEM basic

HOFA SYSTEM basic is the freeware version of the popular EQ, dynamic & effect toolbox. 21 modules are available, while some have a limited range of functions.

  • 21 modules with flexible routing and processing options
  • All 300+ presets of the full version can be loaded
  • AlgoVerb Plate algorithm for more spatial depth in your productions

HOFA 4U+ DynamicTiltEQ

  • the only available freeware Tilt EQ
  • perfect balancing of low and high frequencies with just one knob
  • variable tilt width
  • splittable bass and treble tilt
  • additional low and highcut filter (6 & 12 dB/octave)
  • individual routing for stereo, mid, side left and right processing
  • up to 32x oversampling
  • upgradeable to the extended full version

The full version also contains an additional dynamic function for the low and high range and an integrated analyzer.

HOFA 4U+ BlindTest

4U BlindTest

  • innovative tool for an objective comparison of equipment (e.g. plugins) inside your DAW
  • shuffle mode that anonymises the tracks
  • loudness compensation
  • rating and note features
  • comparison of up to 3 tracks
  • upgradeable to the unlimited full version

Except for the varying number of possible tracks the freeware is identical to the full version.

HOFA 4U ProjectTime

HOFA 4U ProjectTime

Features V2.0.4 (changelog):

  • shows the time which has passed during a DAW project
  • time measurement in hours, minutes, seconds
  • pause function
  • writes log to see when you worked on the project
  • every log entry can be commented
  • works on Windows and Mac with any DAW

HOFA 4U ProjectTime starts the time measurement as soon as it gets loaded into a plug-in slot in your DAW (Cubase, Pro Tools, Studio One, Reaper …).
The stopped time is saved with the closing of the project. The time measurement resumes by reopening this project.
