You can install the software using the offline version of HOFA-Plugins Manager.

To activate the software you can use a USB flash drive which can be activated in the HOFA-Plugins Manager on a computer with internet connection and use it like a dongle. The flash drive should be connected to the machine before the HOFA-Plugins Manager is started. The activation can be either done in the online or offline version of the HOFA-Plugins Manager.

If you want to use the USB flash drive on macOS as well as on Windows it needs to be FAT-formatted. Otherwise it can also be formatted with NTFS (Windows) or HFS+ (OS X).

The USB flash drive can still be used to store data or 3rd party licenses. However, the “HOFA_Licenses” folder shouldn’t be removed or renamed.
