The software doesn’t recognise the license. What can I do?
This might happen after an upgrade (e.g. IQ-Series Analyser V1 to IQ-Series Analyser V2), since the old license isn’t valid for the upgraded product. If you don’t want to upgrade, you can install the previous version using the HOFA-Plugins Manager (for instance “Install HOFA IQ-Series Analyser V1”).
If this is not the case, it often suffices to activate the software one more time. If this won’t help, please contact us.
